Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Chen worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Shanghai.  Ms. Chen practices primarily in the fields of investment fund formation and operation and asset management.  Ms. Chen has provided comprehensive legal services including formation, operation, and follow-on investment to various types of asset management products, including private equity funds, contract funds, logistics and real estate funds, trust plans, and insurance plans.  The clients Ms. Chen represents include various domestic and international venture capital and private equity firms, licensed financial institutions and their subsidiaries, insurance institutions, FOFs, guidance funds, real estate corporations, and other industrial or strategic investment institutions.

Educational background

Ms. Chen graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. degree in 2013 an LL.M. degree in Economic Law in 2016.
