Work experience

Ms. Huang specializes in the formation and operation of domestic and foreign private investment funds and AMAC filings for private investment fund management companies and private investment funds.  Her legal services include drafting and reviewing fund transaction documents, general corporate compliance, and other matters.

Educational background

Ms. Huang received her LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law in 2020.  Prior to that, she received her LL.B. degree in 2019 from Xiamen University School of Law.
