Work experience

Ms. Chen specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include conducting legal due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Chen practiced law at Clifford Chance LLP.

Educational background

Ms. Chen received her master's degree in Common Law from The University of Hong Kong in 2019.  Prior to that, Ms. Chen graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2018.
