Work experience

Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Zhang practiced law at Zhong Lun Law Firm (Shanghai office) for about one year.
Mr. Zhang mainly assists clients with their legal affairs involving venture capital, private equity, and capital markets.  His legal services include due diligence, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang earned his LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2019.  During his undergraduate period, he was an exchange student at the University of Ljubljana under a full sponsorship from the China Scholarship Council.
