Ms. Mao's practice primarily focuses on the formation and operation of investment funds, asset management, foreign direct investment, and corporate compliance.  Ms. Mao's legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research.

Ms. Mao received an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2017 and an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2018.
