Professionals Linzhe Li

Work experience

Mr. Li mainly focuses on fund formation and operation, private equity investment, and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Li worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm, where he specialized in real estate M&A with clients from prestigious real estate companies and international funds.  Mr. Li also interned with Jingtian & Gongcheng Attorney at Law, where he participated in Hong Kong IPOs and successfully provided legal services for an IPO project of a well-known popular toy company.

Educational background

Mr. Li received an LL.B. degree and a Bachelor of Art in English Language in 2019 from Shanghai International Studies University.  He later obtained an LL.M. degree in 2020 from the University of Texas at Austin.
