She also counsels clients on international patent prosecution, IP due diligence, patent invalidity, non-infringement, and freedom to operate opinions in the electrical, telecommunications, mechanical, and optical industries.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Yang practiced IP law for several years with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, accumulating extensive experience in the field of intellectual property litigation.
