Work experience

Ms. Yuan specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Yuan assists clients in various industries on designing transaction structures, legal due diligence, and drafting and reviewing transaction documents, etc.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Yuan was a lawyer in the Shanghai office of Zhong Lun Law Firm for nearly four years.

Educational background

Ms. Yuan received a LL.M. degree from the East China University of Political Science and Law in 2017.
