Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Wang practiced law with a reputable domestic law firm and a German law firm.
Ms. Wang specializes in data compliance, cybersecurity, and technology, media and telecoms (TMT).  She focuses on data compliance issues in relation to connected vehicles, IoT, autonomous driving, finance, credit reporting, and health care, etc.  Her legal services mainly include cybersecurity and data compliance reviews, establishment of enterprise data compliance systems, cybersecurity and data protection advisory, data compliance support in financing and IPO projects, and market entry and compliance in relation to value-added telecommunications services.

Educational background

Ms. Wang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2016 with an LL.B. degree, a B.A. degree (German Literature), and an LL.M. degree.  She graduated from New York University School of Law in 2019 with an LL.M. degree.
