Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Sheng previously interned and practiced with Zhong Lun Law Firm.  Ms. Sheng specializes in legal services such as domestic IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, listed company refinancings, and perennial legal counsel services.

Educational background

Ms. Sheng received a bachelor's degree in law from Zhejiang University and a master's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law.
