Work experience

Mr. Li specializes in private financings and mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Li is knowledgeable of PRC industrial policies, corporate structuring, and project management.  He has represented clients across different industries such as the Internet, semiconductor, military, pharmaceutical, medical device, logistics, consumer goods, and insurance.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Li worked with Shihui Law Partners.

Educational background

Mr. Li received a Bachelor of Law degree and a bachelor's degree of History in 2016 from Renmin University of China.  He later received an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University in 2018.
