Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhang practiced law at the Shanghai representative office of an international law firm and with a reputable domestic law firm in Shanghai.
Ms. Zhang has extensive legal practice experience in the areas of real estate, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment, and fund formation matters and has advised major international and domestic real estate enterprises, investment banks, real estate funds, insurance companies, and others. Ms. Zhang provides legal services in connection with equity and asset acquisitions, real estate developments, real estate project financings, real estate fund formation, leasing operations, and property management matters in China.
