Work experience

Mr. Luo joined Han Kun Law Offices in April 2021.  He specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Luo's legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal and policy research.

Educational background

Mr. Luo obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2014 from Peking University, where he later earned a Juris Master degree in 2017.
