Work experience

Ms. Gu began her legal career in 2018 and practiced law with Global Law Office (Shanghai) before joining Han Kun Law Offices. 
Ms. Gu has handled numerous cases on behalf of companies and investment institutions involving PE/VC and M&A in a wide range of industries, including TMT, entertainment, healthcare, education, e-commerce, fintech, computer chips, home appliance manufacturing, robotics, and skincare and cosmetics.  Her services include advising on regulatory and deal structuring issues, establishing and restructuring VIE structures, conducting due diligence, engaging in the drafting, review and negotiation of transaction documents, providing legal opinions, drafting legal documents, and assisting in the completion of governmental procedures.

Educational background

Ms. Gu received a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University in 2015.  She later received an LL.M. degree from University College London in 2017.
