Ms. Wu specializes in investment fund formation and operation.  Her legal services include the registration of private investment funds and fund managers, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal due diligence, and legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Wu obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from China Foreign Affairs University in 2019, and received her Master of Laws degree in 2020 from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
