Mr. Tang began his legal career in 2014 and was qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong, he then practiced law with two leading domestic law firms in Hong Kong for nearly seven years. Mr. Tang joined Han Kun in April 2021, where he focuses his practice on private equity and financing, fund formation, and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Mr. Tang is familiar with the legal and market practices in both mainland China and Hong Kong and is capable of advising his clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues. He has rendered services to enterprises in a variety of industries such as finance and asset management, energy, real estate, retail, logistics, and technology.
