Work experience

Ms. Kong specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, assisting in negotiations and closing matters, and corporate compliance.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Kong practiced with Chance Bridge Partners.

Educational background

Ms. Kong received a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of Law degree from Renmin University of China.  She also received a Master of Law degree from Paris II University.
