Work experience

Mr. Zheng joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2021.  Mr. Zheng specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Zheng received an LL.B. degree from Wuhan University Faculty of Law and an LL.M. degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
