Work experience

Ms. Li's practice primarily focuses on venture capital and private equity, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Li received a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from Fudan University in 2017.  In 2020, she obtained an LL.M. degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
