Mr. Zhang focuses his practice primarily on private equity and venture capital investment, offshore securities issuances and listings, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. He has represented numerous famous private equity funds, venture capital funds, and start-up companies in relation to their financing, investment, merger and acquisition, and restructuring projects. Mr. Zhang has been involved in a number of offshore listing projects as counsel to the issuer or the underwriters. Mr. Zhang represents clients across diverse industries, including TMT, biopharma, healthcare, industrial product manufacturing, education, and real estate.
Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Zhang practiced law with King & Wood Mallesons in Shanghai.
