Ms. Ying's primary practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, compliance and government regulation, and general corporate and commercial matters. She has assisted many large multinationals and Fortune 500 companies in cross-border transactions and investments involving China and has provided legal advice to many corporate clients on their strategic decisions and daily operations. She has represented clients in a variety of industries such as intelligent driving, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, TMT, retail, and international trade. Ms. Ying has extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare field, having represented many large pharmaceutical and medical device companies in projects such as license-in/out and drug asset transactions, investment and financing, and compliance and regulatory matters for the entire pharmaceutical and medical device life cycle.
Before joining in Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Ying worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm for three years.
