Work experience

Ms. Hang's main practice areas include private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  She is mainly responsible for due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal and policy research.

Educational background

Ms. Hang graduated in 2020 from Peking University with an LL.B. degree and a Bachelor of Economics degree.
