Work experience

Ms. Zhang's practice focuses on copyright, trademark and unfair competition law litigation, as well as trademark prosecution and invalidation.  Ms. Zhang's legal services include intellectual property dispute resolution, due diligence, drafting and reviewing IP related agreements, and other non-contentious IP issues.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhang practiced law at Global Law Firm as a senior associate for three years.
Ms. Zhang has provided IP services to famous brands such as Tencent, AstraZeneca, Unity, Red Bull, Haier and Baidu.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang received a bachelor's degree in Law in 2012 from Beijing Institution of Technology and a master's degree in Intellectual Property Law in 2015 from China University of Political Science and Law.
