Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Juno Li was an associate in the Shanghai office of Jones Day. Juno focuses her practice on cross-border M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investment, and life sciences transactions. She has worked closely with clients in a range of industries such as life sciences, automotive, semiconductor, and technology.
Juno's recent experience includes assisting pre-IPO companies in their restructuring, assisting private equity funds and venture capital funds in their acquisitions and investments, and assisting start-up companies in their financings. She also frequently represents multinational and domestic life science companies in connection with licensing-in, licensing-out, and clinical trials.
Juno also has first-hand experience with key regulatory issues involving most Chinese outbound investments in the United States, such as CFIUS, U.S. export controls, and economic sanctions issues.
