Work experience

Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Wang worked in the Shanghai office of Jingtian & Gongcheng.  Ms. Wang specializes in the areas of private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.  She is responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and general corporate compliance matters.

Educational background

Ms. Wang received an LL.B. degree from Fudan University.  She later obtained an LL.M. degree from University College London.
