Professionals Jianan Liu

Work experience

Ms. Liu specializes in venture capital and private equity, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC law and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Liu received her Master of Laws degree from Ludwig Maximilians University (LMU) Munich.  Prior to that, Ms. Liu graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2019.
