Work experience

Ms. Huang has been practicing law since 2018.  Prior to joining Han Kun in 2021, Ms. Huang practiced for nearly three years with Beijing Zhong Lun (Shanghai) Law Firm and interned with Fladgate LLP, A&L Goodbody, Beijing Dentons (Shanghai) Law Firm, and other large domestic and foreign law firms.  Ms. Huang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investment, foreign direct investment, and other matters, and has served clients including Tencent, 5 Yuan Capital, Bank of China Group, Kathrein Group, Sichuan Port and Aviation, Ping An International Financial Leasing, Lear Group, and EF Group.

Educational background

Ms. Huang received an LL.B degree and an LL.M degree in 2015 and 2018, respectively, from East China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2017, she obtained an LL.M. degree from Queen Mary University of London.
