Work experience

Mr. Huo has been practicing as an attorney since 2018, he worked at JunHe LLP from 2018 to 2020 and joined in Han Kun Law Offices in 2020.  Mr. Huo specializes in venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Huo has provided legal services for several venture capital funds, private equity funds, foreign-invested enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and entrepreneurs in their investment and financing projects in a variety of industry sectors, such as technology, media, telecommunications, consumer goods, manufacturing, environmental protection, new energy, etc.  Mr. Huo's responsibilities include assisting his clients in drafting legal documents, negotiations, legal due diligence, compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Huo received an LL.B. degree in 2016 from China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2018, he received an LL.M. degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
