Work experience

Mr. Song specializes in commercial dispute resolution.  His experience focuses on asset management-related litigation/arbitration and compliance, debt claims, and litigation/arbitration involving general corporate matters.  Mr. Song also has experience in resolving disputes over valuation adjustment mechanisms and shareholder battles for corporate control.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Song practiced for four years in the dispute resolution department of King & Wood Mallesons.

Educational background

Mr. Song received his LL.M. degree from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2017.  Prior to that, Mr. Song received an LL.B. degree from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2015.
