Work experience

Ms. Tan's main practice areas include venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her services primarily include legal research, due diligence, and the drafting, review and translation of transaction documents.

Educational background

Ms. Tan received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Peking University in 2016.  She later studied at the University of Minnesota School of Law and obtained a J.D. degree in 2020.
