Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Chen worked for nearly four years in the Shanghai representative office of Uryu Itoga Law Firm.
Mr. Chen mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, export controls and ecnomic sanctions, and general corporate matters.  He is responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and general corporate compliance matters.

Educational background

Mr. Chen graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a B.A. degree and an LL.B. degree in 2012, and graduated from George Washington University Law School with a J.D. degree in 2020.
