Mr. Huo joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2020. He provides comprehensive and integrated legal services to domestic and foreign clients in transactions related to private funds, including the establishment, management, and operation of private funds and private fund management entities, as well as private fund investments, including the services for various types of private funds such as RMB and USD private equity investment funds, venture capital funds, securities investment funds, hedge funds, etc., with respect to fundraising, compliance, investment, and exits. Mr. Huo also provides services for the establishment and operation of cross-border funds such as QFLP and QDLP, the investment and application of insurance funds, the registration and filing of private fund managers, and the design of incentive mechanisms and systems for private fund management teams. Additionally, Mr. Huo specializes in the design of corporate control and dynamic equity solutions and has provided institutional design solutions and year-round legal services for a number of startups.
