Work experience

Ms. Xu specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She is primarily responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Xu received her LL.M. degree in International Economic Law from the University of Edinburgh in 2020.  Prior to that, Ms. Xu graduated with an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2019.
