Work experience

Mr. Zhang's practice involves venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and overseas capital markets.  He is mainly responsible for legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and corporate compliance.  He has participated in representations involving industries such as TMT, e-commerce, online education, and online healthcare.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang received an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M. degree from the National University of Singapore.
