Work experience

Ms. Li specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, cross-border dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment.  She has represented many international companies and well-known enterprises in different industries such as manufacturing, engineering, automotive, food, cosmetics, and distribution.  Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Li practiced law for over eight years at another well-known domestic law firm.

Ms. Li received an LL.B. degree in 2008 from East China University of Political Science and Law.
