Work experience

Mr. Zhao has been working as a lawyer since 2017 and joined Han Kun Law Offices since November 2020.  He previously interned and worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm.  Mr. Zhao specializes in legal services such as domestic IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, listed company refinancing, private equity investment, and perennial legal counsel.

Educational background

Mr. Zhao received a Bachelor of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2014 and a master's degree in law from Tsinghua University School of Law in 2017.
