Ms. Peng mainly engages in trademark right granting cases, such as trademark searches, trademark applications, changes of trademark name, address and attorney, trademark assignments, trademark renewals, refusal reexaminations, oppositions, invalidations, and cancellations, etc. Ms. Peng has assisted clients in successfully obtaining trademark registrations through review procedures, obtained favorable decisions in multiple opposition and invalidation cases, and provided valuable advice to clients on trademark applications and intellectual property protection in China.
Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Peng worked for three years with Lee and Li-Leaven Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd.
