Mr. Feng has practiced as a lawyer since 2017.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Feng was an associate at King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing office).
Mr. Feng specializes in commercial arbitration and litigation, with solid legal writing and communication skills and extensive experience in dispute resolution.  Mr. Feng has dealt with a variety of disputes, including financial leasing disputes, valuation adjustment disputes, equity transfer disputes, equity pledge disputes, sales contract disputes, winding up and bankruptcy, etc.  Mr. Feng is also familiar with litigation, arbitration, property preservation and enforcement procedures.
Mr. Feng has represented clients before intermediate people's courts, high people's courts, the Supreme People's Court, and arbitral institutions, such as CIETAC and BAC.  Mr. Feng has also participated in several foreign-related litigation disputes and has helped clients recover their economic losses.

Mr. Feng graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of Law degree.  In 2017, Mr. Feng obtained his LL.M. degree from the University of California, Davis.
