Work experience

Mr. He's practice focuses on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Mr. He has assisted many multinational companies in their investments, acquisitions, and daily operations in China and is responsible for due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and legal research.  Before joining Han Kun, Mr. He worked for more than one year at Yuanda Law Offices.

Educational background

Mr. He received Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Economics degrees from China University of Political Science and Law in 2017.  He then graduated with an LL.M. from the University of Texas at Austin.
