Ms. Zhou's practice focuses on patent law, including patent drafting, patent prosecution and invalidation, patent searches and other IP-related counseling. She specializes in technical fields such as semiconductors, integrated circuits, optoelectronics, communications technology, and artificial intelligence, among others. Ms. Zhou has extensive experience in providing legal services to both domestic and multinational clients.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhou worked for seven years with a leading domestic IP law firm. In addition, she previously worked as an application engineer in an electronic design automation (EDA) company in Silicon Valley, USA, and also as a patent engineer in a machine vision company in Beijing, where she was responsible for patent strategy development, patent mining and portfolio planning, and litigation support.
