Work experience

Yuzhe Huang's practice primarily focuses on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Huang's legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research.
Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Huang interned with Global Law Office.

Educational background

Mr. Huang received dual bachelor's degrees in law and economics in 2019.  In 2020, he obtained an LL.M. Degree from the University of Hong Kong.
