Mr. Huang's practice primarily focuses on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and general corporate matters. Mr. Huang's legal services include designing transaction structures, drafting legal documents, participating in negotiations, conducting due diligence, and conducting legal research. Mr. Huang has represented and provided legal services to various multinational companies, listed companies, investment funds, start-ups and emerging companies in relation to their various PRC legal matters, covering the new energy, TMT, online music and video, retail, logistics and autopilot, semiconductors, e-commerce, smart manufacturing, fintech, IoT, artificial intelligence, real estate, food, financial asset management, biopharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Mr. Huang has also represented a number of well-known domestic and overseas companies as their long-term external legal counsel, and has accumulated extensive experience in corporate matters.
