Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Ms. He practiced for eight years with King & Wood Mallesons.
Ms. He is skilled at handling all kinds of difficult and complex dispute resolution cases, especially securities litigation/compliance, corporate litigation, real estate and construction disputes, financial disputes, contract and tort disputes, etc.  She has a solid theoretical foundation in civil and commercial law and provides perennial legal counsel services to many large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.
Ms. He has represented clients in hundreds of litigation cases, with the total amounts in dispute surpassing RMB 10 billion.  She has handled a number of nationwide landmark cases, including: a civil compensation case for misrepresentation of securities of a listed company, which is known as the first major case of claims involving A-shares; a civil compensation case of an A-share listed company exempted from compensation for securities misrepresentation; the first administrative supervision case in the securities industry; a series of cases of a nationally renowned beverage company over control and equity disputes, which were also the first series of civil and commercial cases of first instance since the establishment of the Supreme People's Court; the first case of judicial determination that a shareholder's failure to disclose information regarding an offshore equity holding on behalf of others of a listed company involving VIE structure did not constitute damage to the company's interests; and the case of a dispute over the ownership of the "Ming Dynasty Cellar", which is the core asset of a nationally renowned listed company in the liquor industry.
