Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Cao interned in the Administrative Adjudication Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court of China.
Mr. Cao specializes in dispute resolution, including litigation and domestic/international commercial arbitration.  Mr. Cao has assisted in litigation and arbitration cases related to sales contracts, investment agreements, equity transfers, aircraft lease contracts, and other commercial disputes.

Educational background

Mr. Cao obtained his Juris Master (Chinese law) and Juris Doctor (U.S. law) degrees from Peking University School of Transnational Law in 2020.  Prior to that, Mr. Cao graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2016.
