Dr. Xin Wen focuses on patent litigation, patent invalidation, patent transactions, and other IP-related counseling. She has extensive experience in providing legal services to both domestic and multinational clients in various technical fields. Before joining Han Kun in 2020, Dr. Wen was engaged in postdoctoral research on IP in China University of Political Science and Law, especially on artificial intelligence, open-source software and data protection, and has participated in academic conferences.
Dr. Wen has successfully supported many clients before the China National IP Administration and the courts in various patent invalidation, administrative litigation, and civil infringement cases. She is frequently in charge of handling large and complex cases and is widely recognized and trusted by her clients for obtaining excellent results.
