Work experience

Ms. Mao began her legal career in 2015, prior to joining Han Kun, she worked at Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Offices.
Ms. Mao mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Mao has participated in a number of transactions in diverse industries, such as internet, education, enterprise services, finance, and healthcare.

Educational background

Ms. Mao received an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law, and an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University.
