Work experience

Ms. Lu mainly focuses on venture capital, private equity, and general corporate matters and assists clients across many industries in conducting due diligence and drafting and reviewing transaction documents.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Lu interned with Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Educational background

Ms. Lu graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from Peking University in 2017, and then obtained her LL.M. from Peking University in 2019.
