Professionals Xinyi Wang

Work experience

Ms. Wang specializes in venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She has participated in numerous transactions in industries such as telecommunications, Internet, information technology, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Wang served for five years as a transactional in-house counsel to a U.S. publicly listed internet company.

Educational background

Ms. Wang received a Bachelor of Management degree in Financial Management in 2014 with a minor in law from Zhejiang University.  In 2020, she obtained an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University.
