Work experience

Ms. Liu mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services primarily include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Liu practiced law at King & Wood Mallesons.

Educational background

Ms. Liu graduated with an LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law.  She later graduated with an LL.M. degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
