Ms. Li has extensive experience in Hong Kong capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, representing issuers and underwriters in the listing of many companies on the Main Board or GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited over the years in sectors including retail, property management, financial leasing, fintech, catering, biotechnology, manufacturing and shipping. Ms. Li also provides legal services for regulatory compliance for Hong Kong listed companies, M&A transactions, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Li practiced law at a well-known Hong Kong law firm and was involved in several listing projects on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
