Work experience

Before joining Miao & Co., a Han Kun associated Hong Kong firm, Mr. Li practiced with an international law firm focusing on dispute resolution.  Mr. Li serves various mainland-listed companies, SOEs, Hong Kong-listed companies, and multinational conglomerates.  He has experience handling disputes concerning JV agreements, shareholders' agreements, international trade as well as general commercial matters.

Educational background

Mr. Li obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the China University of Political Science and Law.  He also holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
